Being a large active German Shepherd I do need to have a decent nap to recharge my batteries.

Sleep comes quite easy, you just relax and let yourself drift and go, I have even been known to sleep sat down, normally that is when we have enjoyed a long walk out and about, normally around the Lake District and the Scottish Highlands.
